For emergencies we aim to be on site within two hours inside our main service area, and the same day everywhere else we cover. You get a call before the technician leaves, not a four-hour window.
How do you charge?
A fixed price is quoted before any work starts, after the technician has seen the job. There is no hourly meter running while parts are fetched, and no after-hours surcharge on quoted work.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Licence numbers are on every invoice and public liability cover is current. Ask for the certificate at any time and it will be emailed the same day.
What warranty do I get?
Workmanship is covered for 12 months. Parts carry the manufacturer warranty, and the paperwork is emailed with the invoice so a claim never depends on finding a receipt.
Do you work weekends and public holidays?
Emergency work runs seven days including public holidays. Non-urgent bookings are Monday to Saturday, which keeps emergency slots free for the people who need them.
